The Guardian open its doors to bloggers

The Guardian, one of the mass media more open to experimenting with new forms of journalism, has created a platform that allows playback of your items directly to blogs and external media.
The newspaper has developed a WordPress plug-in to play your content on blogs. Each item has embedded advertisements, marketed by The Guardian.
Thus, its content is published on the internet in a legal manner while opening a new form of monetization.

But it is also a finding that the information is no longer consumed only with portals and centralized sites. The content travels and is distributed by the inertia of the users who consume it.

Free content vs Paid content

In the last year has opened a rift between the large media groups. On the one hand, The Guardian has been positioned as a medium that doesn’t belive in paying for information on the Internet. Fukushima winds

Caipirinha in Copacabana

These days with good weather and an anticyclone close the British Isles reminds us the summer, and is the perfect time for a cool drink like Caipirinha. I’m making a job in the college for the radio. The theme is Rio de Janeiro and its culture, so now  I’m going to talk about this brasilian drink.

Neither the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, and the Cristo Redentor, Sugar Loaf and all are nothing if you are going to Brazil without trying the national drink. Lemon, rum (a special one typical from Brasil and made by sugar cane), dark sugar and ice. With these four ingredients and a dose of patience is obtained the Caipirinha and every traveler knows that you should mixed very well to get the perfect drink. Who hasn’t dreamed of taking a caipirinha on the beach in Copacabana, and enjoy the sun and beaches in the country of joy.

My last recomendation is chose fine to use a sip or straw, cause the flavor changes because the sugar is on the bottom and the alcohol is on the top.

The day after


Here we are. The day after the race. It was 21 km in 2h and 04 minutes. Enough to be the first time. But i completed the race thanks to the company. From here i have to say tks bro. Let’s go to analyze the race. It was a perfect day for running, 16 ºC degrees in the beginning cloudy, and later when it finished the race, in the finish line it was a sunny and perfect day to go to the beach and rest for the effort.

I should say a 10 for the organitation. It was 15€  well-paid. Water, sponges every 5 and 10 km, volunteers everywhere to help you. Food, water, isotonic drinks, lemon ice-cream in the end. Perfect.

My time was 2 hours and 04 minutes. Not bad for the first time, not enough good for the trainings. Really good for the company. I thought on friday that it was going to run alone. But i received a call at 2200 and a question. Are you going to run for fun ? I said yes. So i had company. The best i could imagine, my brother. He was training for make 1 hour and 30. He saw it was impossible for him make this time. So he didn’t care to make more time and that’s how we run together. Here it’s the proof.

Now, the day after I’m resting from yesterday’s day. Taking a lot of sugar and making stretching to recuperate my body  for completely. Tomorrow I will go running again just to don’t lose the rhythm and thinking to make the next year less than 2 hours but not alone. Not alone. Thanks bro.


Is now or ever !!

Today is the day. Sunday 10/4/2011 10:30 Gmt Vigo. I was training since the first of January waiting for this day. I have a little discomfort in my right leg, nothing important, this ain’t going to prevent reaching the goal of be tomorrow in the finish line of the Vig-Bay. I’m not going to be alone. I am going to have company, apart of the lot of my friends are going to run, my brother is going to run with me, but some of my friends are going to run for competition with times of 1h30min in the 21Km, but is going to be my first time and we’ll be satisfied with a time less than one hour and 45 or maybe 2h. Me and my brother. So tomorrow we will see what is going to  happen. With more time tomorrow I’ll  write all the experience. Thanks Abel. Tks bro !!
